Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end management of tenders and bids, ensuring timely submission, compliance with client requirements, and maximization of win opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and manage tender opportunities (Government/Private)

Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within deadlines

Ensure compliance with technical, commercial, and legal requirements

Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and operations teams

Manage bid strategy, pricing inputs, and risk assessment

Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and negotiations

Maintain tender records, trackers, and documentation

Monitor tender results and conduct post-bid analysis
