Job Title: Tender Executive
Location: Greater Noida
Experience Required: 2-6 Years (Preferred)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering processes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely submission.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant tenders from portals like GeM, eProcurement, CPPP, etc.
Prepare and submit tender documents (technical & financial bids)
Handle complete tender lifecycle from bid submission to order execution
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, and compliance
Ensure all documents are accurate and submitted before deadlines
Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and results
Follow up for tender results and updates
Handle vendor registration and documentation process
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of GeM Portal & Government Tendering Process
Strong documentation and communication skills
Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting
Understanding of BOQ, L1, bid comparison, etc.
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA preferred)
Certification or experience in tender handling will be an added advantage
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Prior experience in handling government tenders is preferred
