Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
• Handle presales activities and tender management, including GeM and other tender portals.
• Support social media and digital marketing initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace.
• Coordinate with clients and the sales team to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with business development activities.
Ideal Candidate
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in tenders, proposals, presales, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with GeM and other tender portals will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from an engineering or manufacturing background are preferred.
Bonus Skills
• Experience with industrial valves or other engineering products.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, and digital marketing strategies.
