Job opening for the Tender Executive profile for Chandigarh location.
Profile: Tender Executive
Salary: up to 28k PM
Gender Preference: Male
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Location - Chandigarh
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit tender documents on various government and private portals.
Review tender requirements and ensure timely submission of all documents.
Maintain tender-related records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for collecting required information.
Handle backend documentation, data entry, and MIS reports.
Follow up on tender status and maintain bid tracking.
Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and company policies.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to work within deadlines.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in tendering, backend operations, or documentation will be preferred.
