Job Overview
As a Telecaller cum Data Entry Executive, you will act as the bridge between the customer and the operations team. You will be responsible for calling pre-verified customers to explain document requirements, scheduling pickups, and accurately updating our records.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Coordination: Call existing bank customers to inform them about pending documentation (KYC, loan applications, or account updates).
Verification: Explain the specific list of required documents clearly and verify the customer's availability for collection.
Data Entry: Precisely enter customer details and document status into the banking portal/CRM system.
Scheduling: Coordinate with field executives to arrange document pickups based on customer convenience.
Follow-ups: Ensure end-to-end tracking of documents until they are successfully uploaded and approved.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs of calls made, documents collected, and pending cases.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, backend operations, or banking services.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Marathi Language]. Ability to be polite yet persistent.
Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new banking software quickly.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry to ensure banking compliance.
Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive customer information with high confidentiality.
