Telecaller

The candidate shall be responsible for achieving sales/ revenue targets, generating sales leads/prospects

through tele calling, implement follow up mechanism, sales quotation preparation, order fulfilment follows

up, work on data mining of customer base, data entry and maintain old/new customer master database.

Responsible for:

• Work on inquiry from various sources like India mart, website etc.

• Need to do Tele sales and achieve sales targets.

• Need to maintain proper MIS /record/Data regarding same using Office and Software.

• Creating a databank through data mining on customer base and details from the industry.

• Use of Company ERP to take all data in to system.

• Generating sales leads through google search, tele calling and follow up on the same for closure.

• Achieving revenue targets as assigned.

• Generating sales through inquiries received from India Mart and other online market places.

• Preparing price quotations for the prospects and conduct follow up with them for sales closure.

• Preparing a sales job order and coordinating with the production team for prioritizing and processing the

orders received

• Regular co-ordination with the departments involving production and assembly.

• Follow up with clients for timely collection of payments / before due dates.

• Coordinating with Finance/ Accounts for payments clearance/ receipt of clients.

• Preparing invoice for all the sales orders and dispatch the same to the client and send the same to logistics for

dispatch.

• Follow up on dispatch status of the clients’ orders with the concerned team members.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
