Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound calls, and providing excellent customer service. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads to promote products/services, generate interest, and schedule appointments.

- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, offering accurate information and addressing concerns effectively.

- Build and nurture positive client relationships to foster brand loyalty.

- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for follow-ups and reporting.

- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly engagement targets, contributing to team success.

- Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
