We are hiring Technical Support Executives to assist users with Tally software installation, troubleshooting, and functional support. The role includes resolving customer queries, providing step-by-step technical assistance, documenting issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Provide support to Tally users via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions
Troubleshoot issues related to installation, configuration, and software usage
Guide users with step-by-step instructions for issue resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to senior support or development teams
Document issues, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system
Report software bugs and usability issues to the development team
Train customers on best practices and Tally functionalities
Assist users with downloading and installing updates, patches, and upgrades
Educate customers on maintaining updated software versions
Coordinate periodic maintenance like backup, database optimization, and performance tuning
Maintain a knowledge base with FAQs, troubleshooting steps, and solutions
Create user guides and tutorials for Tally features
Conduct training sessions or webinars for new and existing users
Ensure service quality in all support interactions
Collect user feedback for continuous improvement
Analyze support metrics to optimize support processes
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Knowledge of Tally modules (mandatory)
Understanding of basic accounting principles
