We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our growing team at US Tax Edge. The role involves interacting with US-based clients, managing and updating client information accurately, and supporting key operational processes.

Make outbound calls to US-based clients regarding tax services.
Maintain and update client data accurately in CRM systems.
Verify information, correct discrepancies, and identify irregularities.
Generate reports and summaries for internal teams.
Organize and maintain digital records efficiently.
Support administrative tasks as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information.
Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / outbound calling.
Experience in US Process is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).
Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel knowledge preferred).
Ability to work 6 days a week.
