As we continue to scale with high-impact projects, we're looking for a Project Coordinator who can help streamline operations from initial estimate preparation to final invoicing, coordinating with clients and vendors, design team.

The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate to Billing: Oversee the entire financial cycle of a project — from estimate preparation to final invoice generation using.

Client & Vendor Coordination: Act as a central point of contact to manage and streamline project communications with clients and vendors.

Project Tracking: Track project deliverables, maintain schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Excel (project tracking, reporting, data handling)

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Working knowledge of Tally / MS EXCEL ,for billing and basic financial processes

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 3 years of experience.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
