Position: Tally Operator

Job Summary:

Sansar Udyog Pvt. Ltd., a leading distributor of electrical goods, is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Tally Operator to manage day-to-day accounting and inventory activities. The candidate will be responsible for billing, stock management, and updating financial records on Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales invoices/billing in Tally for electrical products.

• Maintain and update stock records, ensuring accuracy between physical and system stock.

• Record and reconcile bank statements on a daily/weekly basis.

• Assist Main Accountant in daily entry.

• Assist in tracking customer receivables and payments.

• Maintain proper records of purchase, sales, and returns.

• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for smooth billing and stock flow.

• Ensure all data entries are accurate, timely, and up to date.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (B.Com preferred) or relevant diploma in Accounting/Finance.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred).

• Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

• Prior experience in distribution/FMCG/electrical goods business will be an added advantage.
