Job Title: Tally Executive

Location: Masjid Bander, Mumbai

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Executive to join our team at our Masjid Bander office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and a solid understanding of purchase and sales documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage day-to-day accounting using Tally ERP (mandatory)

Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and Sales Orders

Create and manage Delivery Challans and Invoices

Maintain accurate records of all transactions

Coordinate with the accounts and operations team to ensure proper documentation

Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data into the system

Reconcile accounts and assist in preparing reports as required

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role

Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP

Good knowledge of Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Challan, and Invoice making

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
