ob Title: Tally Customization Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Tally Customization Executive who can customize, configure, and maintain Tally ERP/Prime according to the company’s accounting and reporting requirements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of TDL (Tally Definition Language), accounting processes, and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize Tally ERP/Prime using TDL as per business needs.

• Create and modify reports, invoices, vouchers, and masters in Tally.

• Develop customized modules, menus, and features in Tally.

• Integrate Tally with other software and systems if required.

• Provide technical support and resolve Tally-related issues.

• Maintain data accuracy, backups, and system security.

• Train staff on customized Tally features and usage.

• Generate MIS, financial, and statutory reports from Tally.

• Coordinate with the accounts team to understand customization requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime and TDL.

• Good understanding of accounting, GST, and taxation.

• Ability to design customized reports and vouchers.

• Basic knowledge of databases and system integration.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in Tally customization or TDL development preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, or related field.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with prior experience in Tally customization projects.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple customization tasks.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
