Position: Office Supervisor

Reporting To: Operations Manager / Director
The Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, monitoring staff performance, ensuring quality standards, and supporting counsellors and administrative teams in delivering efficient and accurate services. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a productive and positive working environment.
Oversee daily activities of office staff, counsellors, and support teams.
Monitor adherence to office policies.
Ensure staff are aligned with their daily tasks and responsibilities.
Identify performance gaps and provide guidance or corrective action as required.
Monitor counsellor productivity, communication quality, and lead handling.
3. Quality Assurance
Minimize errors by implementing review processes and corrective measures.
Maintain overall compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.
Coordinate with other departments for workflow efficiency.
Ensure all office systems, software, and tools are used properly by staff.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on staff performance and office productivity.
Maintain performance records, quality check sheets, and task tracking logs.
Report major issues, errors, or client complaints to the management immediately.
Provide performance review input for staff appraisal cycles.
