Supervisor Job Description

A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team, department, or shift to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity. They act as a link between management and employees, ensuring that company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.

• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.

• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance, feedback, and training.

• Maintain discipline, resolve conflicts, and motivate staff to achieve goals.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Prepare reports on productivity, performance, and operational issues.

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of employees.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
