Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience to join our team of Hyderabadi Chai Adda, Jaipur. The role requires handling cash and customer interactions, inventory management, Excel updates, GST filing, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and preparing daily operational reports.

The candidate should also have hands-on experience in preparing burgers, sandwiches, mojitos, milkshakes, and other fast foods (primarily from frozen items). Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and supervisory skills are expected.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in food service/retail operations

• Basic knowledge of GST filing and Excel

• Ability to supervise staff and maintain hygiene standards

• Customer-friendly and efficient under pressure

• Handle billing and payments for customers accurately.

• Monitor and record daily consumption of all ingredients and supplies.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide regular updates to the owner.

• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are strictly followed at the kiosk.

• Assist in business growth by identifying improvement areas and implementing best practices.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
