Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure everything is properly organized.
Prepare and manage customer orders, invoices, and order details.
Receive customers professionally and provide them with friendly and helpful service.
Understand customer requirements and guide them regarding suitable products and services.
Assist customers in finding the required auto parts, accessories, or other products.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and basic issues politely and professionally.
Support the management in improving customer service and overall store operations.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
