Job Title: Supervisor Location: Pune Department: Operations / Production Job Summary: This Company is seeking a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will ensure productivity, maintain quality standards, and support company goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff/workers Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and support Maintain discipline, safety, and company policies at the workplace Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit to management Resolve workplace issues and handle minor conflicts Ensure proper use of equipment and resources Assist in training new employees Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred) 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage teams and handle pressure Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting) Problem-solving and decision-making ability
