We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates, both freshers and experienced professionals, to join our warehouse operations team as a Dispatch Supervisor. The role involves managing day-to-day dispatch activities, coordinating with transporters, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving on time dispatch. The position offers ₹16000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise end-to-end inbound, outbound, and dispatch operations within the warehouse.
Ensure timely picking, packing, staging, loading, and dispatch of materials and parts.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle planning, placement, and on-time deliveries.
Verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and shipment quantities to ensure dispatch accuracy.
Monitor inventory availability and ensure FIFO compliance during dispatch operations.
Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and team productivity.
Maintain dispatch records in WMS and prepare daily operational reports.
Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Resolve dispatch-related issues including shortages, damages, delays, and shipment discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S practices, customer SOPs, and warehouse operational procedures.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working.
