Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations at the Hide Road branch

• Plan dispatch schedules, vehicle routing, and driver assignments

• Monitor delivery status and resolve any operational issues

• Supervise loading/unloading and documentation (challan, PODs, etc.)

• Maintain vehicle usage logs, trip records, and fuel tracking

• Coordinate with warehouse, clients, and drivers

• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation/logistics supervision or management

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Knowledge of vehicle scheduling, goods tracking, and route planning

• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

• Good communication skills in Hindi/Bengali

• Familiarity with Hide Road and nearby areas preferred
