We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Supervisor to support our recruitment and workforce operations in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Mobilize candidates from nearby locations through field recruitment and local networks
🔹 Coordinate interviews, joining formalities, and onboarding activities
🔹 Supervise workforce deployment and daily operations
🔹 Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and the client
🔹 Maintain recruitment and attendance records
🔹 Resolve day-to-day operational issues
Eligibility:
✅ Diploma or any Graduate
✅ 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or manufacturing supervision
✅ Strong communication and team management skills
✅ Willingness to travel locally for candidate mobilization and coordination
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office
