Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and as per project requirements. The candidate will act as a link between management and on-site workers to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications
Monitor labor performance and maintain discipline on site
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors
Ensure availability and proper use of materials and tools
Maintain site safety standards and enforce safety regulations
Track project progress and report to management regularly
Resolve on-site issues and delays promptly
Maintain daily work reports and attendance records

Requirements:

Diploma/ITI or relevant qualification in Civil or related field
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
