Supervisor

We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site activities. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring work progress, ensuring quality, managing labour and materials, and maintaining coordination between contractors and management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site work and ensure smooth execution as per plan

• Read and understand drawings, layouts, and structural details

• Check and verify measurements, levels, and material quality

• Manage site labour, vendors, and contractors effectively

• Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and management for project updates

• Assist in billing, estimation, and BOQ checking (if required)

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing work

• Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred

• MS Excel / Google Sheets reporting

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Ability to handle multiple site activities independently

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
