Supervisor

RELAX TECHNO FAB is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our team. The role involves overseeing mechanical operations, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating day-to-day workshop and site activities efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical fabrication, assembly, and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

• Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, SOPs, and safety regulations.

• Identify defects, irregularities, or deviations and take corrective actions in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with fabrication teams, welders, and technicians to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Maintain proper documentation of work progress, inspection reports, and material usage.

• Ensure proper upkeep of tools, machinery, and equipment for optimal performance.

• Support administrative and reporting requirements, including daily progress reports and job status updates.

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

• Maintain confidentiality of technical data, designs, and project-related information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

• Experience: [Specify Experience Range] in fabrication, pressure vessels, or mechanical supervision roles.

• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding standards, and mechanical drawings.
