Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily work activities of staff.
Monitor attendance, punctuality and discipline of employees.
Allocate daily work to workers and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with workers and management for smooth operations.
Check the quality and quantity of work/material.
Maintain daily records and basic reports.
Handle routine office and factory coordination work.
Follow up on pending work and ensure proper completion.
Maintain cleanliness, discipline and proper work procedures.
Report daily work status to the management.
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidate required.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer will be an advantage.
Responsible, punctual and well-organized.
Ability to manage workers and handle day-to-day responsibilities.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
