Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate records related to catering orders, staff scheduling, and inventory.

• Verify event details, track supplies, and ensure all materials are ready as per the plan.

• Organize files (physical and basic digital) for easy access and future reference.

• Assist in supervising kitchen staff, delivery schedules, and event setups.

• Provide reports and updates to the management team regarding event execution and stock usage.

• Handle confidential information professionally, including client details and pricing.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Diploma

• Experience: 2–4 years in catering, supervision, or related back-office work

• Skills: Basic computer knowledge (for simple data entry), good communication, and staff management

• Working Days: 6 days a week (must be flexible on weekends and event days)

• Must be responsible, punctual, and able to multitask during busy event periods.
