Title: Site Supervisor (Residential — Stilt+4)
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 4-5yr
CTC: ₹25k–₹30k/month

Summary:
Supervise daily site activities, manage labour allocation, and ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise construction work.
- Allocate tasks to labour and subcontractors.
- Check quality and enforce safety norms.
- Maintain attendance and productivity records.

Must‑Haves:
- Diploma/ITI Civil.
- 5+ years of site supervision experience.
- Strong knowledge of finishing and labor management.
- Experience in Aluminum Formwork (MIVAN) must.
