A. Production & Process Supervision

• Supervise recycled plastic processing and granulation operations.

• Ensure approved workflows, SOPs, formulations and machine instructions are followed.

• Track production progress, downtime and process deviations.

• Escalate machine abnormalities and repeated production issues.

B. Raw Material & Inventory Control

• Verify incoming material quantity and weight.

• Ensure proper unloading, identification, stacking, storage and issuance.

• Maintain receipt, issue and closing-stock records.

• Conduct physical stock checks and material reconciliation.

C. Contractor, Labour & Productivity Management

• Allocate and monitor work among operators, helpers and contractor labour.

• Ensure productive manpower utilisation and shop-floor discipline.

• Prevent unauthorised shortcuts, substitutions and process changes.

• Maintain firm and professional control over daily activities.

D. Wastage, Finished Goods, Quality & Traceability

• Monitor input, output, scrap, rejection, reprocessing and wastage.

• Ensure finished granules are weighed, packed, tagged and stacked correctly.

• Coordinate first-batch approval and defined in-process quality checks.

• Maintain batch traceability and segregate doubtful or rejected material.

E. Documentation, Safety & Housekeeping

• Maintain daily production, inventory, wastage, manpower and downtime records.

• Update Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms or company systems.

• Ensure PPE use, safe working practices and housekeeping.

• Report unsafe conditions, accidents, violations and abnormal losses.
