Role: Supervisor – Managed Office Space
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to oversee the operations of our managed office space. The role involves supervising facility staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating maintenance and vendor services, and maintaining high service standards for clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily office operations and ensure uninterrupted services.
· Supervise facility staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
· Monitor repairs, maintenance, and timely resolution of issues.
· Maintain logbooks, stock registers, and track audit point closure.
· Conduct functionality checks and monitor utilities usage (electricity, water, milk, etc.).
· Coordinate with vendors for soft services (housekeeping, cleaning, pantry) and technical services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
· Conduct training and soft-skills development for facility staff.
· Collect and report client and employee feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Under Graduate or Diploma in Facilities Management
· 1–3 years’ experience in facility supervision, office administration, or hospitality.
· Strong knowledge of soft services and technical facility operations.
· Communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Compliance-conscious, accountable and not a time locked person.
· Compensation has per the industry.
