• Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identifying and resolving production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Quality control: Developing and overseeing quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards.

• Cost reduction: Analyzing production costs and implementing strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining high quality.

• Safety and compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, developing safety protocols, and providing safety training.

• Equipment management: Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and installation of production equipment.

• Production planning: Planning production schedules, monitoring production metrics, and developing reports to identify performance issues.

• Team collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including product development, to ensure manufacturability and smooth production operations.

• Documentation and training: Documenting processes and providing training to production staff on new procedures, technology, and safety guidelines.
