Reports To: Division Incharge

Job Summary: The Supervisor is the direct manager of the field teams, responsible for ensuring that the daily installation targets are met safely and efficiently. They are the on-field leaders who drive productivity and enforce quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage up to 10 installation teams (20 personnel).

• Assign specific DTR locations and work orders to teams each morning.

• Conduct daily safety briefings ("toolbox talks") and ensure 100% PPE compliance.

• Provide on-site technical guidance and troubleshoot installation issues.

• Track the real-time progress of teams and report any delays or issues to the Division Incharge.

• Perform first-level quality checks on the data and photos captured by technicians.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

• Experience:2+ years of experience in a field supervisory role.

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.

  • Good technical understanding of electrical installations.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
