• Assist in daily production operations for spices and namkeen lines.

• Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food processing and packaging.

• Monitor and support processes like mixing, frying, seasoning, grinding, and packing.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety on the shop floor.

• Maintain basic production records (batch details, output logs, material usage).

• Coordinate with team members to meet daily production targets.

• Report any machinery issues or process deviations to supervisors.
