Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Playzone Attendant to ensure children have a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience at Kaboom. The role involves supervising play areas, assisting children, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children inside the playzone and ensure their safety at all times

• Assist kids while using play equipment (slides, trampoline, ball pit, obstacle course, etc.)

• Follow and enforce playzone safety rules and hygiene standards

• Greet parents and guide them about play rules and session timings

• Monitor entry and exit of children during play sessions

• Keep play areas clean, organized, and well-maintained

• Assist during birthday parties, school visits, and special events

• Inform supervisors immediately in case of any incident or injury

• Coordinate with front desk and other staff for smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Friendly, patient, and child-loving nature

• Basic communication skills (English / Hindi; Marathi preferred)

• Alert, responsible, and safety-conscious

• Ability to handle multiple kids calmly

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Physically active and energetic

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: Any

• Freshers welcome

• Prior experience in playzone, daycare, school, mall, or hospitality is an advantage

Working Conditions:

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak hours

• Rotational shifts
