Supervisor

We are seeking an energetic and organized Site Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end waste management and scrap disposal operations within our residential area. In this role, you will ensure a clean, eco-friendly, and compliant living environment for residents by supervising daily collection, sorting, and disposal activities while maximizing the value of recyclable scrap.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Supervise the daily collection, segregation (wet, dry, hazardous), and safe disposal of household waste across the residential complex.

• Scrap Management: Oversee the identification, collection, weighing, and secure storage of recyclable scrap materials (metal, plastic, paper, e-waste).

• Vendor & Buyer Coordination: Coordinate with authorized waste vendors and scrap buyers to ensure timely pickups and fair commercial transactions.

• Team Supervision: Lead and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff, waste collectors, and loaders, ensuring they follow safety protocols and use proper PPE.

• Resident Relations: Address and resolve resident complaints or queries regarding waste collection schedules, segregation rules, and cleanliness.

• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain daily logs of waste volume and scrap sales. Ensure full compliance with local municipal solid waste management laws.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (Prior experience in facility management or waste management is highly preferred).

• Experience Range: 1–3 Years of relevant experience as a supervisor or team leader.

• Core Skills: Strong leadership, basic mathematical skills (for scrap weighing and billing), effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Schedule: Candidates must be comfortable working a 28 -day OF MONTH work week, including early morning shifts when primary waste collection occurs.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
