Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure work is completed efficiently.
Manage and guide staff to achieve daily targets.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance.
Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed.
Prepare daily reports and update management on operational progress.

Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
