Supervise daily production and shop floor activities
Manage manpower attendance, shift allocation, and discipline
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Monitor machine operations and report breakdowns
Maintain quality standards during production
Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE
Maintain daily production reports and shift reports
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams
Reduce wastage and improve productivity
Implement 5S, Kaizen, and process discipline on shop floor
Train workers on SOPs and operational practices
Handle dispatch readiness and material movement if required
