  • Supervise daily production and shop floor activities

  • Manage manpower attendance, shift allocation, and discipline

  • Ensure production targets are achieved on time

  • Monitor machine operations and report breakdowns

  • Maintain quality standards during production

  • Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE

  • Maintain daily production reports and shift reports

  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams

  • Reduce wastage and improve productivity

  • Implement 5S, Kaizen, and process discipline on shop floor

  • Train workers on SOPs and operational practices

  • Handle dispatch readiness and material movement if required
