Position Details

Job Title: Supervisor – Dry Mix

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Department: Dry Mix / Formulation

Experience:

2–5 years in chemical production or formulation processes

Qualification:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the dry mix operations for chemical composition and flux preparation used in welding consumables

• Ensure timely and accurate production as per daily targets and quality standards

• Maintain overall coordination with production, quality, and supply chain departments

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of operators and helpers; handle manpower allocation and shift planning

• Ensure adherence to quality protocols and process parameters

• Maintain daily production reports, consumption records, and batch documentation

• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage

• Implement process improvements for better efficiency and consistency

• Ensure safe work practices and maintain a clean and organized production area

Key Skills Required:

• Strong team handling and leadership skills

• Good understanding of chemical formulation and mixing processes

• Knowledge of production planning and quality assurance

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
