Supervisor

We are looking for an Supervisor- Electrical to join our team at Br Mep Engineers Private Limited. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute wiring plans, install fixtures & equipment, and ensure safety compliance.

• Install safety and distribution components like switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels, etc.

• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.

• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.

• Prevent breakdown of systems by daily inspection and replace old wiring and insulated cables.

• Identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units.

- Oversees electrical work: Ensures compliance with specs, safety standards, and timelines.

- Manages team: Leads electrical technicians and engineers.

- Ensures quality and safety: Implements quality control and safety protocols.

- Coordinates with stakeholders: Communicates with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

- Solves problems: Resolves technical issues and design problems.

- Manages documentation and budget: Maintains records and controls project expenses.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.
