We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor – Tractor Division to manage day-to-day operations related to tractor sales/service/workshop activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating work, ensuring productivity, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the tractor division (sales/service/workshop/site as applicable)
Monitor staff attendance, work allocation, and performance
Ensure timely completion of assigned work and targets
Coordinate with sales, service, and spare parts teams
Handle basic customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain records, reports, and daily work updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety norms
Support management in planning and execution of operational activities
