Job Summary:
The Supervisor – Automobile will manage daily fleet operations, ensure timely deliveries, maintain vehicle safety and compliance, supervise drivers, and support team productivity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Assign tasks to team members and monitor performance for productivity.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Maintain proper records of attendance, vehicle usage, work progress, and daily reports.

• Coordinate between drivers, management, and other departments to resolve issues.

• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members for performance improvement.

• Monitor quality of work, ensure timelines are met, and handle grievances effectively.

• Ensure equipment, tools, and resources are properly utilized and maintained.

• Take care of employees’ well-being by interacting with them and addressing challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Logistics, Transport, or related field (preferred).

• Knowledge of commercial vehicle regulations and safety standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to make quick operational decisions and handle emergencies.
