Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise corrugation machine operations and production planning

  • Ensure quality of corrugated sheets as per standards

  • Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage

  • Manage operators and shift manpower efficiently

  • Maintain production records and daily reports

  • Coordinate with maintenance team for machine upkeep

  • Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor

Requirements:

  • Experience in corrugation / packaging industry

  • Knowledge of corrugation machines and processes

  • Ability to handle team and production targets

  • Basic reporting and communication skills
