Position-Supervisor
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical, or Electrical
Experience: 1–5 years in railway projects or infrastructure supervision.
Role Overview:
The Supervisor will oversee daily site activities for railway projects, ensuring work is
carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical standards and project
timelines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site railway construction, maintenance, and repair activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, railway regulations, and company procedures.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to execute scheduled tasks.

• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required at the site.

• Conduct site inspections, check work quality, and ensure adherence to technical specifications.

• Prepare daily progress reports and update project managers on work status.

• Resolve on-site issues, delays, or hazards promptly.

• Ensure proper installation of railway components like tracks, sleepers, and signalin equipment (as applicable).

• Train and guide workers on safety protocols and work processes.

• Maintain documentation related to site activities, attendance, and material usage.

 Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of railway safety standards and on-site practices.

• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Good reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work at project sites and in shifts as required.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
