Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely delivery of materials and documentation consistent with
purchase order. Updating of all information in the system with latest delivery updates
Proper documentation of all outgoing materials rejected and excess received. Ensuring periodical stock verification.
To comply physical inventory once in 6 months.
Updating and reviewing environmental aspects and impacts and conducting
significant impact study.
Monthly Stock Reconciliation & Updating.
Material packing & dispatches
To receive all purchase orders and to ensure purchase of materials according to the terms of the purchase order.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
