Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new customers in industries such as plastics, chemicals, pharma, food processing, textiles, power, oil & gas, and OEMs

• Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly / quarterly / annual)

2. Technical & Application Support

• Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable industrial electrical heaters (immersion heaters, flange heaters, duct heaters, cartridge heaters, etc.)

• Study GA drawings, temperature requirements, power calculations, and site conditions

3. Proposal & Order Management

• Prepare techno-commercial quotations in coordination with design and accounts

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and technical clarifications

• Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders

• Ensure proper handover of orders to production and execution teams

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Maintain customer data, inquiry tracking, and sales reports

• Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management

5. Customer Coordination & After-Sales Support

• Coordinate during inspection, dispatch, and installation (if required)

• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in coordination with internal teams

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
