🧾 Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory and materials related to CCTV and Fire Alarm systems. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, handling equipment, and ensuring smooth store operations.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials such as CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, fire alarm panels, detectors, cables, and accessories

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

Issue materials for site installations and track usage

Organize and store materials properly to prevent damage or loss

Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies

Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements

Maintain proper documentation (GRN, invoices, stock registers)

Ensure compliance with safety and storage standards

Manage defective/returned materials and warranty tracking

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role (preferably in CCTV, Fire Alarm, or ELV industry)

Knowledge of CCTV components and fire alarm systems

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software / ERP)

Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Ability to handle physical stock and warehouse operations

Attention to detail and accountability

🎓 Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma

Preferred: Diploma in Electrical / Electronics

💼 Experience

1–3 years (preferred in CCTV / Fire Alarm / ELV industry)
