Key Requirements:

·         Proficiency in Marathi Typing (30+ wpm) and Marathi Shorthand (80+ wpm)

·         Strong documentation and transcription skills

·         Good command over Marathi language – spoken and written

·         Experience in preparing minutes, letters, and official reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Minimum 4 years of experience as a stenographer.

·         Proficiency in Marathi Typing (minimum 30 wpm) and Marathi Shorthand (minimum 80 wpm).

·         Sound knowledge of office procedures and practices.

·         Familiarity with word processing tools (MS Word, Excel, etc.).

·         High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

·         Strong sense of responsibility and discretion.

Educational Qualifications:

·         Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

·         Certification in Marathi typing and shorthand will be preferred.
