Software Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a Software Operator who will be responsible for the complete implementation and monitoring of our in-house software across all company branches. The role requires strong operational knowledge of the courier/cargo industry, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to generate and analyze reports to ensure smooth adoption of the system throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and roll out company software across all branches.

• Train branch staff on the usage and functionalities of the software.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with software usage in day-to-day operations.

• Regularly check and validate operational and performance reports generated through the software.

• Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate technical matters to the IT team when necessary.

• Coordinate with branch managers to ensure smooth integration with courier/cargo processes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of implementation progress and feedback.

• Provide analytical support using advanced Excel for MIS and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Logistics/Operations background).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in courier/cargo/logistics operations.

• Proven expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of cargo/courier processes and operational workflows.

• Ability to handle multiple branches and coordinate effectively.

• Good communication and training skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of MIS and operations reporting.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
