JD for Service Coordinator

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate in any stream.

Should be able to speak, write and understand Hindi, Marathi and English.

As we are the manufacture of Electronic weigh bridges, one should be able to assess the technical complaint and try to resolve it online.

If not, collecting the required things from client by asking him to forward to office.

Resolving issues that arise concerning the problems and timely resolution.

Answering phone calls and email, preparing quotations.

Scheduling service Engineer site visits.

Maintaining and updating service, email and AMC book on daily basis.

Staying current on new services we develop.
