Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase men's wear items based on fashion trends and stock needs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

• Negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines

• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and vendor records

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for timely procurement

• Ensure quality checks on received goods and maintain procurement standards

• Stay informed about market trends and competitors’ offerings

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in garment/apparel purchasing

• Knowledge of men's fashion, fabrics, and quality standards

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Basic computer knowledge for record keeping and documentation

• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
