Key Responsibilities

Monitor live CCTV feeds and review recorded footage
Detect, observe, and report suspicious or criminal activity
Respond promptly to incidents and follow escalation procedures
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and evidence records
Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report faults
Work closely with security staff, management, or law enforcement when required
Follow data protection, privacy, and confidentiality regulations at all times
Maintain professionalism and vigilance during shifts
